2. Get your machine code first

Run the product you are buying ON THE MACHINE THAT WILL USE IT, without a licence. The program refuses to run and prints your machine code. Copy BOTH lines below — we need them together to sign your licence.

Run the program from a terminal / command prompt (e.g. DpdoEngine, DpdoPackSACD, DpdoPlayer) and look for the lines above.

The machine code is derived from this machine’s hardware and firmware identity (SMBIOS board/UUID/chassis, disk serial, TPM). Reinstalling the system does not change it, but moving the licence to another machine or replacing the motherboard requires a re-issue (re-signing).
If the factors line reads “unavailable” (virtual machines / stripped firmware), no hardware-bound licence can be signed — contact us instead of ordering.

3. Submit the order

Only the fields below are needed. The order type and the structured details are composed automatically — do not worry about that part.

How the licence is delivered

Payment is confirmed first, then a licence certificate (an offline .crt file, bound to the machine code you provided) is signed manually and sent to the email address in your order. Delivery is by email only — no download link is needed.
