Service Description
SonicBro ("we") provides DSD/SACD mastering and ISO delivery services. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the following terms.
Deliverables
Deliverables are provided as DSF / DFF / ISO files; physical discs are not included.
Deliverables are for personal enjoyment and lawful use; copyright remains with the original rights holders.
Disclaimer
We are not responsible for unsatisfactory mastering results caused by source file quality issues (e.g., noise, clipping, distortion) in materials provided by the client.
We are not liable for transmission, storage, third-party service issues beyond our control.
Refund Policy
Full refund available before work begins.
After completion, dissatisfaction due to subjective sound preferences may be addressed through revisions, not direct refunds.
If deliverables fail to meet standards due to our technical error, we will redo them free of charge or issue a full refund.
Intellectual Property
The client warrants that the submitted audio files are legally owned or licensed.
Masters commissioned from us are the intellectual property of the client.
We reserve the right to showcase case works anonymously unless the client specifically requests confidentiality.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by, construed and interpreted under the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this service shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the **people's court with jurisdiction at the defendant's location**.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
